Thomas Cook India signs long-term agreement with KrisFlyer


Thomas Cook (India) Limited has signed a long-term agreement with the KrisFlyer – Singapore Airlines (SIA) Group loyalty program. This makes Thomas Cook India the top foreign exchange partner on the KrisFlyer platform, giving Thomas Cook a valuable first-mover advantage. With the rapid revival of travel, the partnership intends to leverage India’s multiple and highly opportune business segments: leisure, b-leisure and Corporate MICE.

KrisFlyer members will earn 15 KrisFlyer miles on every purchase of $100 in cash or equivalent value in any other currency; and 30 KrisFlyer miles on loading equivalent currencies onto the card. This offer is valid on a minimum purchase value of 500 USD/equivalent on retail transactions and available on Thomas Cook India’s retail and digital omnichannel network. Members can redeem miles on their flights, including Singapore Airlines, Scoot, Star Alliance member airlines and SIA partner carriers, and on KrisShop – the award-winning e-commerce arm of the SIA Group. In addition, miles can also be redeemed for a wide range of shopping and dining experiences, as well as wellness activities, with partners on Kris+ – the rewards and lifestyle mobile application of the AIS group.
