The Feds want to convict Ald. Patrick Daley Thompson will serve two years in prison on charges of fraud and tax evasion.

Dozens of family members, friends and supporters wrote to the judge asking for clemency for Thompson.

“He’s the sofa in the living room, and without him the house just doesn’t feel like home” Thompson’s nephew, Michael Grace Jr., wrote on his uncle’s behalf.
