TOKYO, August 3, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Finally Global Inc., a leading renewable energy and sustainability services company, has been awarded $242 million (29 billion yen) in long-term financing for three utility-scale solar PV power plants recently completed in Japan totaling 70 MW. The plants are under contract for 18 years under the FIT program. Nomura, a global financial institution, acted as Lead Arranger/Sole Initial Bookrunner and Aozora Bank, one of Japan’s leading commercial banks, acted as Lead Arranger/Agent.
